Hardly can find a leveling dungeon, Zf and brd runs legit do not exist almost, the only thing left is incursions a little and a few people running Maraudon, not even 1 pug ST today! this game is so dead.

the game has millions of players. you have to head over to Retail to find them, though.
There are 7 ST groups in lfg right now though.

Retail is on a respirator lol its barely more alive if even less, just a bunch of noobs making keys and raids , guilds dont even exist anymore on retail, even less community just a bunch of nerds lone wolf that continue to play this game cause they dont know any better for the past 15 years

Mostly everyone i know is still playing as well as the guild but the thing is…
Everyone is raid logging and skipping alts. There’s alot of good games to play on the side while we wait for real game to start at 60.

I got the urge to play some retail but just as I was going to install it, I notice the expansion is $40 and I made a promise that after D4 bombed. I wouldn’t give blizzard another dollar for anything else.

Faction imbalance and terrible dev design with incursions funneled the playerbase into 1 zone. Then griefers came and destroyed everyone’s enjoyment.
Must be alliance side because horde is pretty dead.
so we should petition for realm mergers.
you can buy it with in-game gold if you trade for tokens.
retail is fundamentally different in that if you’re looking for an MMO experience, traveling with your bros to a dungeon and fighting players along the way, or like random world pvp (it exists but everyone flies away at 900% speed after they die once), it’s pretty much NOT that outside of xpac/new zone patch release. but the PVP balance is vastly superior to this joke of a game. there are still outliers, and if you play retail PVP (especially arena) you’ll get annoyed at the amount of micro CC in the game where you’ll just get DR stunned over and over on top of the usual CC, but it’s still more enjoyable than this scrub fest.
meanwhile you got people here in a game WHERE CC AND DAMAGE RESISTS/MISSES acting like they’re some 5head prodigy doing massive plays when really the just pressed stormstrike+lava lash+healing wave, or exorcism+judgement+crusader strike, or starsurge+starfire, or flameshock+lava burst, and someone dies.

i know many people quit because of this. Alliance dominated everywhere, all incursions even feralas. Many of my friends, my brother included quit because of this. My oldest brother had 2 hours a day to play the game, he was leveling a warrior in the open world, around lvl 40ish. No matter where he went, he got ganked. Last time i talked to him he said he couldnt level anywhere because STV was heavy camped (And im not talking 1-2 kills, im talking about 30mins straight of body camping), took the ress sickness and went to feralas. 20 yards away from town he got tanked again by 2 rogues for another 20mins till he took ress sickness and moved to tanaris, he didnt made it very far because there was mages on top of the gadgetzan arena killing everyone on sight, another ress sickness and moved to hinterlands, same story. He even tried dungeon leveling but at that point he had enough and had to make 3-4 death runs to the entrance because allies were heavy camping the entrance. So yeah, grieffers killing everyone on sight and camping just for the sake of camping 24/7 ruined it for everyone. Now the horde on CS is dead, like legit dead. People who can afford 2-3 hours of gameplay a day wont tolerate the heavy camping - unless you dont have a job and have 10-12 hours a day to play this game

No way… I farmed for my epic mount gold on two characters and I never once got ganked and as a matter of fact… I can count on one hand how many alliance I saw there. I actually felt sorry for a mage that venture inside alone.
i havent done a single feralas incursion since week 1, but i remember those were heavy allie camped. Maybe its diferent now? idk havent been there in like a month or so.
