Good god jesus I have never encountered so many rude gatekeeping arseholes in all of my wow playing career. Maybe this server just ended up this way becuase it was the server that all the streamers rolled on, so it attracted all the sweatiest tryhards.
I got to 25 on my hunter and geared him up well enough to run BFD. I started messaging people in LFG, and out of the dozen or so people I messaged only one actually replied, and he replied just to be rude and insulting to me. Like wtf? This is BFD not BWL. You can run this raid in quest greens. Apparently the fact that I have no logs yet on that character means I can’t run the raid? Huh?
The parsing and log checking culture in this game is a major turn off for a lot of people, myself included, and it seems to be especially bad on CS. I also encountered a lot of rude jerks out in the open world and in dungeons as well. Just people being mean and insulting to me for no reason. I don’t get it. CS is easily the worst server I’ve ever played on.

Open transfers to Chaos Bolt, let the real RP’rs transfer.
But they’ll be too afraid to leave though since Chaos Bolt is dying.
Aside from damn near everything be in a pre-alpha state balance wise, opening up Chaos Bolt too late was one of their bigger mistakes.
I feel like any real RPer would just reroll.

Uhh Chaos Bolt isnt dying lol. It’s super active. Just doesn’t have 20k ppl on it like CS since Chaos bolt isnt a streamer server.

They can’t fathom what normal looks like. Every time Blood Moon starts up it’s an absolute riot. No lag, no issues. Everyone is having a good time.
Meanwhile on CS they like “I CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE OF LAG” or “EVERYONE IS TOXIC NO ONE BRINGS X CLASS TO RAID OR ANYTHING”.

I have same alliance characters on CB and that server is MUCH more chill than CS. The pop is smaller, yes, but its still very active.

Classic ally has the most toxic crowd I’ve seen .It was the same in wrath . Horde isn’t much different but all try hard pve nerds are alliance and sod is alliance dominated .

SoD players will not be free until they
- ban parsing
- ban logging
- AI bot to detect “parse shaming” (even in whispers), swift chat mutes / bans
that simple

I have never had such experience, but your class is overpopulated, and most raids are filled with 12312391 high level hunters, so probly they didn’t want a lvl 25 one.
None would ask your gear or parse for BFD, they only care about your level and your class, if you are a lvl 25 and the most common class/role, you are literally at the bottom of the choices. So obviously it’s rough to find a group for you. Crusader Strike is the best server I have experienced so far. My worst one is Lone Wolf.
Horde are dominating atm population wise crusader strike was ally mostly but that changed p2 .
I lead my own bfd on my alts i just inv who ever whispers as long as we get a tank and 2 heals its what ever for who comes

Let’s be real. You can do both of these in quest greens. When vanilla classic was first coming out people talked so much about how long it would take to clear MC, then BWL, then omg naxx is so hard!!!1 that is just how some of these people are. They haven’t accomplished anything in life besides an easy raid so they pretend that it’s some sort of difficult thing to do
People that play classic like to pretend that killing bosses with 1 mechanic is some sort of feat
All I can say is play in a guild. I couldn’t imagine dealing with all of these types of people

I don’t believe you, and 100% think you are lying. I have never had anyone not invite me for logs on my alts for bfd, neither has anyone in my guild has any parsing related stories for BFD while leveling. (Also I am dps only)
