Yes, I realize both can be used in certain situations but what is mostly used more often? Should I still go for Inq even if I have 3 Light’s Decree? Insight appreciated.
I really like DP. The reason is how easily we are kited it’s nice to line up burst on a DP prof to do as much as you can while you’re on top of them!

If you have 3 Light’s Decrees maybe Crusade. Same if you have 3 Avenger’s Mights.
Inquisition is better overall, as Avenging Wrath is better than Crusade in most situations. Especially when you are using Hammer of Reckoning. Plus Inquistion itself is a very solid consistent DPS buff and makes your rotation significantly smoother.
Crusade is very niche. It is great in specific circumstances, but an overall nerf to you in the rest, just by taking the talent.
Besides, it feels terrible to just be CC chained through half of of your Crusade, and then not be able to ever do damage with it, because of its ramp-up time.

Personally I like dp over both
2200+ Crusade gets more love than Inquisition.
51% Crusade
31% Inquisition
17% Divine Purpose
I prefer Crusade personally. I’ve never really enjoyed the maintenance buff style of Inquisition.

I really like Inquisition. But float between Crusade and Inquisition. Now on the belf I have been enjoying DP.

Crusade = Crit Templar Verdicts for 65-70k each. 3 shot someone by yourself. Think i’m joking? Watch some twitchclips ret burst is broken

What about for PVE? Do you guys feel like Inq is mainly better over Crusade? In BoD that is.
I’m casual raiding in normal pugs and m+ and I love DP because the spec feels less clunky and broken with the procs and I’m usually around 14k-16k dps on most fights

For raiding use what sims better. Raidbots website is good for this (just google raidbots).
As for pvp it depends on what you’re facing, if you’re not going to have a lot of up time (like vs a mage) crusade losses value.

TV is our main spender of course it is going to hit hard. Crusade is a scaling buff based on how many spenders we can get off. If you are standing in my arms reach while wings are up that’s your fault. Any good CC chain and Crusade has lost it’s usefulness. The hard hitting TV’S are more do to righteous verdict.
When speaking on strictly arenas, most will select inquisition because its consistent pressure, crusade needs time to build and if you line your abilities, you can build really fast.
As others have stated I love Divine Purpose, 1) because I have no choice with my playstyle, and 2) because its a healthy amount of RNG
