Everytime I cast devouring plague crows appear above my head. Is this a glyph that maybe I have? Because I never asked for this effect and I want to know if I can eliminate that effect.
You might have a glyph equipped. Go to Stormwind, look for a reagent vendor (google it I have no idea where it is XD )
Buy the vanish powder they have and you can use it to remove the glyph.
90% sure it’s mind blast not devouring plague and it’s the insidious ire talent.

It was added as a visual to the talbadar’s strategem legendary in Shadowlands, and since that talent and legendary are the same effect I assume they just copy pasted and added the code for Void Torrent.
Before that it was a glyph called glyph of Shadow Ravens that caused the effect when you cast devouring plague. Added in MoP.
IIRC the visual is from Wrath of the Lich king, scarlet raven priests in southern Dragonblight.
