My Crown of Eternal Winter just disappeared in my mog collection and literally off my character’s helmet when I logged in this afternoon, any reason for this?
There’s some kind of bug with all store transmog that causes this, and has for a while.
Doesn’t seem like it’s been a priority for them to fix it.

A bug that’s been happening for two years that they can’t seem to reproduce, so they’re still working on it.
The “fixes” don’t work for everyone, but others have come up with some:
- exit game
- delete cache folder
- copy wtf and interface folders to a safe location
- run the repair tool
- try a complete ui reset
Ugh, that seems like a pain in the rear ty for the info though.
Not sure if the Crown is worth the UI reset/Keybindings reset for me personally.
That’s why you save your WTF and Interface folders somewhere else and then copy them back over afterwards.

Given that it’s usually just a temporary disconnect between the store database and collection database, some of the workarounds might just be consuming enough of the player’s time for the problem to fix itself?
