One change that would be HUGE for me and I think anyone is altering the way CC works.
There are many abilities that do not go on cool down if there was no interaction with players or monsters/beasts.
Please change the coding so that if you press your CC and either there is no spell or it has already been interrupted, then it does not go on CD.

I use DBM, but I don’t need to rely on it.
I’ll even go a step further to say that I don’t use custom keybinds and click my abilities using Blizzard’s UI action bars aside from #1-4.
Your POV is invalid because you are a Pally Tank. I dont need CCs from other people when I am Pally Tanking.

Nothing he said was false. Only WAs I use are to make blizzards own ability tracking mechanisms prettier.
I dont know where this notion that addons devalue skill expression comes from, but its dumb.
I understand wanting a partial cd refund when overlapping kicks, but for cc? Nah. It should count as having been used or else youd just have people making a macro to spam it in order to make sure the cc rotation continues uninterrupted. That is whats meant by reducing skill expression.
Theres also the fact that not all cc is the same. Some cc is aoe lasting 3 seconds. Some cc is interrupted by damage. Some cc is single target lasting 6+ seconds. CC even comes in different categories that some mobs may or may not be immune to. All of these aspects interact differently with each other causing different priority for what cc should be used. That all goes into the skill expression. Youd maybe know that if you took the time to learn the game instead of finding shortcuts to get around your lack of skill.
That’s false. I do need CCs from other people. You wouldn’t know since you’re hard stuck on 11s.

I believe the two of you are a representation of a few people (guessing ~1%. Who actually has numbers? NO ONE!) that dont use WA/addons/macros for your “skill expression”.
Please stop expecting the other ~99%( Guessing again. Everyone wants exact numbers, so keep moving on if you do) to keep up with you and feel free to keep doing your 20s while I attempt 12s

Im literally spending the little time i play trying to do 13s and 14s. If a gap exists, its because of experience as ive been doing M+ since Legion. Binding your keys efficiently, and having a well organized UI is not skill expression. Its required to play the game at higher levels. Everyone organizes their stuff differently, and if you need extra trackers theres nothing wrong with that. Use them and dont feel shame.

WA’s/addon/macros is too broad I know. To be more specific with an example.
I find it contradictory when people say “skill expression” and “coordinate” but use an auto marker (this is the WA’s/addon/macros) and tell people to kick specific mobs.
I dont think ~90% (i’ll reassess from 99, I agree thats unfair) can do what the other 10% can do without that kind of tool. The 10% that are in a PuG and dont need an auto marker for the coordination I think have brains that just dont work like my stupid brain that gets befuddled by all the input.
In the off chance that
-This game mode may not be for you
-Skill issue
-Everyone wants to be handed gear
There are a lot of other challenges (I choose not to list them) in a M+ apart from interrupts to challenge even the 10%. So please refrain from them, I don’t think they helpful

Auto markers don’t do anything. It’s just annoying bloat. The 10% don’t need it and the 90% don’t know what to do with it.
