The Herald of Thrall correctly yells in crossroads when someone turns in the Rend quest in Org but when he says be bathed in power it doesn’t buff crossroads also. Really remember this occurring in vanilla.
He yells in Ratchet as well, but no buff either.
yeah you can hear the shout in more places but only got the buff in crossroads and org in vanilla
You have to be honored with Org to get the buff.
