When attempting to trade an item from a drop in a Mythic+ dungeon the item goes in to the trade window I click accept but the other player clicks accept and the trade window does not reflect this it just stays open only showing my acceptance. I then close the trade window manually and the item is gone. I have to then exit game by force closing because hitting ESC and quit will not function during this time. Then I have to wait a period because attempting to log back in on the same character errors saying name already exists then I log in to another character log out and back in to the original character and the item is back in my bags.
