Cross-Realm Guild in Prepatch?

I am trying to join a guild on Frostmourn. My char is on Barthilas.
However, i am not able to find the guild and the officer in the guild is unable to send me a direct invite with Name-Realm from guild UI.

i do not see anyone else having the issue on forum, would be good to confirm.

The above is base on prepatch’s patch note:

  • Guilds are now able to invite characters on different realms. Cross-Realm Guild bank functionality will become available in the next update (11.0.2).

kindly clarify.

Any update on this? my alt on Barthilas still can’t join my guild on Frostmourn
