Is this a thing in classic? I forgot. I’m playing a human and I talked to a gnome and they said I was too big for the mount, but I’m not revered/exalted yet, so I just don’t know.
It is, but you have to have exalted to buy them.
There are a few race restrictions.
Only gnomes and dwarves can ride mechanostriders.
Look it up on Wowhead for the complete explanation.
Cool, thanks. Do you know the best way to farm gnome faction?
Do the starting area quests. As Sissone stated though only dwarves and gnomes can ride mechs.
Starting area quests and cloth turn ins.
Lots and lots of cloth turn ins…
Well, thanks anyway, but it’s pointless now if human can’t ride a mechanostrider.
The only way to get exalted in classic is to start in that races zone, and continue to do all the rep quests at the appropriate level 1-60
Rep gains are level dependent. So you need to work for it.
But it is possible, you just need to plan from lvl 1 that that’s what you want to do
Uhhh… no.
The cloth turn-ins are already available.
You can reach exalted with any race on your faction as easily as farming the cloth required to max out the rep.
