Requesting some way to communicate cross faction for work orders.
When I perform a public work order, the commissioner’s faction is not specified. I ran into trouble crafting a ring for a fellow who had not included a crest, and politely requested ilvl 619.
The only way I was able to contact him was swapping to an alliance alt, and sending an in-game mail, by which time he had already logged in frustration with his 606 ring.
This situation sucks for everyone. Can we make it not suck?
