  1. With Cross-faction, can you see the opposite faction post in general chats when you’re not grouped together? (war mode or pve mode?)

  2. Does Cross-faction affect Auction House items/prices? Is it all shared between both factions, or is it separate still?

  3. If Auction House is still specific to faction, that means it’s probably better to be on a high pop alliance server, huh?

  4. When will Cross-faction guilds come out? One of my guild’s have 2 guilds now for horde/alliance on the same server (but the guild names don’t 100% match).

  5. I heard Cross-faction rated pvp wasn’t working right now… is it still broken?

  6. Can you see Cross-faction posting in trade chat? Can Cross-faction trade items if they’re not in the group? Or is it only specific to loot drops?

  1. No, you cannot see general chat from opposite faction.
  2. Yes, both factions use the same auction house. It has been that way for many years already.

  4. Unknown, no ETA. Blizzard have to do a huge number of legacy code reworks to get cross-faction working everywhere. 9.2.5 is a test run they pushed out as quickly as they could for basic cross-faction gameplay, and 10.0 will most likely bring greater flexibility.

  6. No, you cannot see cross-faction in trade chat. Currently you can only trade items with opposite faction inside instances…I tried trading with a horde party member in Oribos and it said target was hostile.
