Hi all, my friends play horde and I play alliance. I noticed I can now join their guild, does this mean we can quest together in dragonflight/ specifically in the new expansion zones?

It would be logical if the answer was yes.
However no you still cant quest together.
Cross faction guilds are a glorified community.
You just get to join their chat, calendar, bank, and repair costs.

Cross faction means to me so far that I can use my Alliance characters to support the guild my wife and I have. And I can transfer gear to my Alliance characters through the guild bank.
It’s not that it will never come it’s just not here yet.
There’s a lot of work involved in detangling the faction divides from the code
