No it does not violate the ToS. There are no rules against killing the opposite faction. In fact the scenario you are referring to is known as “Devilsaur Mafia” where groups dominate the Devilsaur hide market. It WILL be a thing on every server. Make sure you pick the winning side.

You are still ASSUMING, that Alliance player ABC is killing you because of the Devilsaur Mafia. Them showing up and killing you, is not proof of your claim. As an alliance player if I go into a zone, and I see 5 horde running in a pack, and 1 hordie running around his own. I don’t have to be part of said devilsaur mafia to kill the lone hordie. I’m not going to touch the group because 5v1 is suicide. Now the horde may be part of the mafia, but they’re too busy to kill me because they’re trying to make money and you aren’t their concern.

On pvp server, I don’t need a reason to attack the other faction beyond “I see them and I think I can kill them.” And going to lay down some truth on you. Just because you are part of a faction, doesn’t mean other players are obligated to stop the people on the other side from camping you.

Also it’s an RPG. Ever heard of a double agent? You know, someone who is part of 1 side, but secretly works for the other? “Collusion” as you put it, is not a crime. kthxbai.

Blizzard has a mostly hands off policy in regards to PvP. Regardless of your wishes,you’re not getting a Blue to weigh in on this.

You’ve already made up your mind and nothing anyone says will sway you. If a Blue came in and said “No,it’s not bannable” you would still argue.
