The Crooked Tree and Cauldron didn’t spawn on the Steamwheedle Cartel RP server. No Hag to turn in quests too or cauldron to fight Aria.
On Garona turning WM on makes the event appear, should work for the Hag as well. good luck

Thank you, that worked, but it’s just a temporary fix, when I went back out of War Mode it was still not spawned. So an issue with RP PVE shards I guess.
