Heroic Runs are typically done on Tuesdays around 5:00 pm server time (8:00 pm ET) and take ~1.5 hours to complete.
All raids are personal loot. Bring coins, as we can not guarantee anything will drop at any given point because of RNG. If paying for a loot funnel heroic run, we guarantee that loot of your loot type will be funneled to you (untradeable gear will be retained by our raiders)
