Are they really nerfing it down by over 50%? On live does 1 mil with 6 combo points and on PTR 11.0.5 it is doing 381k at 7 combo points. Is it nerfed for other people or it just not showing proper amount?

on live mine often crits for about 200k, with dot ticks of 70k. in pve. i felt it was kind of nice, for a change, to see some big eo numbers. fok barely does anything.
if it gets nerfed then blizz just hate asn rogues, as usual.
I always find tooltip damage is never accurate

Removing the 1 target cap would be cool. Increases aoe damage based on ability to manage dots on multiple targets.

I think the nerf was around 70%, the reason I heard is because our AOE should mostly come from bleeds, and spatter.
If Spatter were slightly changed, that would be excellent, it’s sad that Rogues can only spec into Single Target, or AOE. the Hybrid build is a weaker version of both.
The change I would like to see is, Spatter be changed so the target with spatter also takes damage from the debuff effects (40% damage from poison damage), then it would be useful in both Single Target and AOE scenario’s.

Well, I just did 10 mins on the training dummies. 277k was my max crimson tempest crit. Luckily I had pre patch details overall data still loaded. The max crit the day before patch was 325k. So yea, pretty big nerf. Also absolute no mention of it anywhere. Were they hoping we just wouldn’t notice? This is a big hit to M+ players.

Huh, weird b/c mine didn’t come down that much if at all. On dummies or on mobs. I did see the tool tip change in ptr, it looked like it was capped at the bonus from 6cp, but if that wasn’t the intent and that’s what happened Mafic is right on the bug report.
If it is bugged like that it’s gong to make assassination more involved to play that’s for sure. I’ll swap to the rogue for posting here. NVM, bugged.
