Crimson Gladiator transmog not available on alts?

I earned the full set of Crimson Gladiator’s leather armor on my Druid by hitting 1800, however the transmog is not available on my DH / Rogue alts. Is this intended?

In Shadowlands I earned the elite plate set on a Paladin and I’m able to use the transmogs on a DK / Warrior. Did this change?

The sets are class specific, not arnor type specific anymore

A friend got 1800 and unlocked the set on his DK. Then got 1800 on his pally and didn’t get the elite set unlock. We are both very confused.

Sometimes it bugs out if you gain too much rating at once. Going from 1570 rating to 1800 in a single good shuffle is possible, but often only seems to grant 1600 rewards, so you need to win again for the 1800 ones.

Thank you, I’ll let him know. He’s already livid at soloque because people constantly leaving and he gets no rating. So the elite set not unlocking was really aggravating him after 30 minute queues.
