I was at 30 gilded crests, I bought 15 using runed crests. When I went to use the token to get my 15+ gilded crests, it lowered my gilded crest count to 19… I’ve opened a ticket in the meantime.
For some reason they thought was smart, you have to be careful, or you will just reverse your crests, so instead of trading in for the next set, you’re actually trading down. You have to watch the 45 trades, because you’ll go from 45 to 15 of the same you just traded if that makes sense. Its a terrible set up.
