Do not convert crests, you wont get them, I went to convert a few drake crests to whelpling crests, and it generated the item, i consume it and it didnt give me crests, im out about 45 whelpling crests now. Thanks Blizz

same thing happened to me
This happened to me too. I converted drake awakened crests into whelpling ones and it says i was awarded them in the chat bar but they are missing and unable to be spent. I’m out 90 whelpling awakened crests. I submitted a ticket but the generic response sent back did not help.
this is super annoying because it also means we cant upgrade gear
