I’ve heard that the creation catalyst is limited to 1 tier piece a week. Do catalyst “charges” carry over to the next week? Or in otherwords, if I play an alt 4 weeks after the catalyst comes out, can I craft all 4 pieces at once, or do I still need 4 resets to get full tier?

Yes, they do carry over. However, getting 1 per week is speculation. It could be one a month or whatever. It gets faster over time.
That’s weird. If it gets faster overtime why limit it in the first place :b
I hate to use the cop out answer, but I really can’t think of any reason other than extending /played.

The first tier piece anyone can get, but the second requires revered, and any others after require exalted.

- Can i catalyse a iLVL 252 piece to Tier, will it still be iLVL 252 ?
- Does it / will it ever upgrade in iLVL ?

How are Catalyst charges going to work?
Catalyst charges will start relatively rare (1/week) then accelerate in acquisition rate as the patch moves towards the future. These values will gradually accelerate over time, to the point where eventually you will be earning a charge every other day.
- i’ve stopped playing as much lately, so like after 8 weeks of the Release of the Catalyst Creation, would it be re-charging daily, on all toons?

If its one per month the subs will be dropping heavily 
and they will quick “hotfix” it and call it a bug to save themselves.

It will keep ilvl, tertiary stat (speed/avoidance/leech), socket (hat only), pvp/M+ upgrade path, and that’s it.
No. Unless it’s an M+ or pvp item that already has a upgrade path.
We don’t know for sure how fast it will recharge that far down the line. But it is a global charge count, so if you cap a new toon in 3 months, it should start with 4 or 5 charges to be used as soon as you have the flux.

Just to confirm, you can stack charges when it comes out? I’m just trying to min/max my vault loot and would rather wait 2 weeks, get a few charges, then build 2/4 tier pieces at once.
Yes the charges stack. And they will charge faster as the patch goes on, up to a maximum of one charge every 2 days. They didn’t say how long it will take to reach that rate.
