I can create most of my heirlooms on my monk but everytime I try to create “Inherited Insignia of the Alliance” it shows the cast bar but nothing happens at the end. No heirloom gets created. No error message. Nothing??
It is only for this heirloom. Which is highly annoying since it’s arguably the only heirloom I care about, as I level strictly in bgs.
You’re not trying to make it on a Horde character, right?
Have you tried reloading/relogging?

Checking the obvious here:
Are your bags full?
Exit game, delete cache folder, disable addons, try again.
If that doesn’t work, do a full UI reset.
It used to be you could pop them on the wrong character. Now that item is broken and cannot be created. I posted in bug reports. I suggest you post there too.

ever figure it out? having the same problem with the same heirloom
figured it out for war within anyways if you have an heirloom in warband bank it wont let you create it on any character
