Exactly the same problems today…the game is still disconnecting so often to be unplayable. No response to my testing results yesterday…or anything else new after ten days. I know that I’ll never get a refund for the lost time here but this is so bad that I’m looking at cancelling after 14 years. My subscription is due the beginning of January. I’ll decide soon

Blue responses aren’t guaranteed. Blues pass through every day and respond to what they can - you’ve been waiting about 24 hours for a response to your other post, not days - but if you want a guaranteed response you need to open a technical support ticket using the support link in the upper right.
That said, I’m going to respond to your issue in your other thread because that’s where your winmtr and the blue reply are.
Again thx… In case you came in partway into these…I ran many hours, from server up to a week ago Tuesday, with no problems at all. Since the server work that Tuesday, Ive had this problem…Nothing has changed on my end,It was working so well before then. I’ve seen so many posts with the same disconnect problems in that time frame. I just want some response that they’re working on the problem before I pay for another quarter of this. First time I’ve posted that in fourteen years here.
