Hey guys, I am currently doing create your own strength and i accidentally spent all my manapearls on gear and can’t complete the quest. Is there a way to get/farm manapearls, im pretty sure this quest is for the world quests so i can’t do that.

You just have to wait to farm more mana pearls over the new few days. Yesterday it was the emissary so you could get 25 just for that part. Some days you might only get six to ten. The three follower quest give you two each. Many or the elite rares give you two BUT not always. The invasion stile bosses every few hours normally give 2. There is one weekly mana pearl quest where you can get 5 to 7 pearls.
The problem is most of those things you suggested are inaccesible until you unlock Nazjatar world quests which comes later in the chain than the manapearl upgrade quest. It is almost like they gave the players a chance to mess themselves up.
What you can do is get hold of a map or an addon that shows where all the hidden chests are in Nazj. Several will have manapearls in them, and others will have quest starters in them that you may be able to do prior to unlocking WQs, and those reward pearls.
Algans, both Lost and Wandering, appear all around the zone, are easy to kill, and can drop both pearls and benthic tokens, although not very often. As noted the named rares can also drop pearls.
