Here’s mine:
Random monsters(npcs) will randomly throw a few very small explosive devices that resembles a camouflaged rubber duck throughout the dungeon. If a player happens to step on it, it will explode stunning the player and leaves a hole somewhere in the ground.
When a player falls into the hole he/she will teleport to the entrance of the dungeon.
The stun will only affect the player who stepped on it and will only last 5 seconds
