Create new character button missing

I can’t create a new character because the button to create new characters is missing.
I only have 44 characters, I’m under the character limit.

Same issue here. I have sub 20 characters on the account. If I go to a realm with no characters the create character modal is the default, but on any realm with a character I have no ability to see the button. I’ve tried disabling addons and reloading, but this did not fix the missing button.

Yeah mine is missing too. Well under the Character limit but the button is missing.

Just piling on to add that I have the same issue. Only, I literally just unlocked Nightborne a moment ago. So this is probably my fault.

I was able to create characters prior to this morning (Saturday 11/11)'s scheduled maintenance, but cannot do so afterwards.

Same. I made a new character last night, decided to play a different race and deleted her, didn’t realize the button was gone until just now.

yup same exact issue, im glad it isnt just me. i almost uninstalled/reinstalled untill i saw this.

Having the same issue. Also, is the character limit of 60 mean the total made across all servers or 60 per server?

I’m having the same issue, I was able to do so before the maintenance and I can’t now.

im having the same problem was just about to use the character boost i got from buying the new expansion pack for 120 dollars and then i noticed the character creation button is gone if your asking why on earth i would spend that much on a game its because i like the swag items i got with it came with 30 days play time and a character boost and the mount and pet i think it allmost adds up to the cost
