Cravitz Lorent (NPC) still spawning?

Is anyone able to confirm this rare NPC still spawns in the Dalaran (Legion) sewers at 50, 39? I want to purchase the glyph recipe he sells and I’ve been logging in every hour or so (when I’m on) within the last week but he’s never there. I read a post from a few years ago that said he supposedly spawns every 3 hours and hangs around for about 30 min. I just want to make sure he still actually spawns.

As of 8.1.5 he did spawn. I haven’t been there since.

Using coords…

People who don’t have tom tom won’t know where the heck you are talking about. Can you at least give us the subarea he’s in within the sewers?

If you go into the sewers using the entrance closest to the Dalaran flight master, continue straight down the main tunnel (past Raethan), close to the end, across from the barrels.
