Crashes with error code #132

I’ve been getting numerous crashes, especially in raids and a very few in mythic+ dungeons, It’s giving error #132 (0x85100084) fatal exception.
Some report IDs are:
81B9A085-7D2A-4FD1-866A-F63427E53132
429D2CD7-CE0F-4921-B290-D87018C2FA85

The graphics I’m using is NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU

Also something noteworthy is that my memory usage had a sudden increase from ~5 GB to ~14 GB by the time of game crash, as shown in task manager performance tag. This is really annoying, is it related to the memory leak problem mentioned in the blue post?

You have a number of Audio system crashes being reported, and both of your graphics drivers, AMD and nVidia are out of date.

It is probably worth uninstalling all of those drivers and installing the latest versions.

I have updated driver from NVIDIA and AMD offical website, but the problem persist. I’m trying to locate what app is using ElevocDAPO.dll (which caused the app crash) but failed. Not sure what I can do next.

That would be a realtek audio.

I have tried uninstalling the game and run it without any addons, the problem still persist. How how I diagnose the root cause? I tried running dxdiag again and the new ones no longer has appcrash:

*Latest Update: I have tried reinstalling the whole operating system from USB, and reinstall the game, the problem is still there. I have also runned the lenovo hardware diagnostic tool full run and no hardware problem is found.
