unfortunately the code is no longer relevant, it requires a decoder that used to be Blizzard only, but no longer available. You mentioned the last time reinstalling your graphic drivers helped. Not sure what kind of PC you run, might be more informative. For now the standard support page.

RAM:

Operating System:

This is an issue with Intel CPUs. Intel acknowledged it here:

TL;DR: Intel gave the wrong specs for the processor to motherboard manufacturers and it caused degradation of some models.

The error message I am getting is not a system message, it’s a wow client message. The intel crashes generate system error which this is not doing.

Nothing else I play has crashes or any of these issues, and those game are very cpu intensive. I also have the latest microcode BIOS updates.

You’re getting a courtesy message (the error code you pasted) from the Blizzard game client to let you know hardware has crashed instead of closing without any information. But it’s still a hardware message, just interpreted by the game client.

I understand that, and I appreciate the information. My only problem with saying it’s the 14900k, is that only wow is crashing. No other game I play is having issues. Also the pattern is inconsistent with the intel crashes. The problem got real bad, and then got much better which is not consistent with a degrading chip.

The game freezes for a half second, and that is when the crash happens, or it gets past it and I can continue. The crashes seem less frequent over the last few days but, whatever is causing the game to freeze up is the issue.

Thank you for your time, you help is appreciated.

All software will utilize the CPU differently, which is why it seems like the most likely cause.

I have a high end pc rtx 4090 NVIDIA and after I bought the war within expansion this crashes started happening to me.

And which CPU?

Ok, the crashes I started this post about are gone, I narrowed it down to a DBM sound pack. One I got rid of that everything was fine. NOW I’m getting the friggin 14900k crashes after all this hassle. I went in and set my CPU multipliers to 57 on each core and these crashes are now fixed. But now I have to RMA the chip, fun headache this is about to be.

Never buying an intel chip again. Their response to this problem has been horrendous.

Anyways, thank you for you help @Elocin, hopefully this thread can help someone else.
