Crashed while Deleting Character - Cant get back in

I deleted a character on my side account (account ending with AK) and while deleting, I saw the waiting wheel thing, then the game disconnected.
I tried to log back in, repeatedly, and the game would not finish loading realms list. Error Blz51903006 (I googled the error, seems too vague to figure out the fix myself)

I tried closing and reloading the client.
Closing the Bnet app and re-opening (was prompted to re-enter bent password).
I havent tried a full computer restart, as I am busy with other programs currently running.
I use zero addons.

EDIT WITH SOLUTION:
I restarted windows (which I had to save a bunch of open documents), and there was a windows11 update… Ok, issue solved, I got back into my character list.

First try resetting the game . it could have corrupted the cache files of the game. add . old to the interface, wtf, and cache folders then try loading the game.
