I am getting 3 errors. Depending where it crashes.
BLZBNTBGS80000011 (wont even load the bnet app)
BLZ51901016 (crashing when load wow @ connecting screen)
WOW51900328 (crashing when loading wow @ logging in to game server)
Sometimes it wont load the app. Sometimes the app loads, then crashes during different phases of loading wow. I have been through all 3 lists of things to check/do. Including DNS/IP reset, reinstalled the bnet app, renamed my Interface folders, reset router, modem, updated windows and drivers, allow wow through firewalls and antivirus.
The game crashed mid-delve and and I cant even get it to load. Since I am crashing the Bnet app, I don’t think a full reinstall will help. It seems like a communication error with the blizzard server. I am kind of at a loss here. All my other games on my computer work. Its just blizzard games/apps.
Also having this issue since Friday. Bnet won’t connect and when i finally get it to by uninstalling/reinstalling, then it wont connect to server or realm. Getting both BLZ51901016 and WOW51900328. My internet is fine, and all other non blizz games work properly. I’ve tried all the suggested “fixes”. US Server Lightbringer I’m located in Minnesota (Starting to see a pattern).
If I disconnect my ethernet or reset my router/modem, then I get past the Bnet error (BLZBNT). The app loads. When I log WoW I get “disconnected” @ logging into game server. I don’t get it. After a few attempts @ this, and i reset the bnet app, then i get BLZBNT error. Super frustrating.
Same problems. Trying to cancel my sub on the battle.net website and it is even freezing up. Tried to remove my payment method and getting a error attempting that.
