I’ve been doing a lot of trick or treating with innkeepers and they’ve been playing a lot of tricks. I’ve also been to a handful of summonings of the horeseman himeself. I’ve seen the hallowed helm, required for the holiday meta, twice. Once in my army of alts trick or treating and once that someone else won from the horseman.
This meta is concerning as it overly utilizes RNG. Please adjust so folks don’t take a loss on this one!

Here is a hint. If you are in an inn you can mount on, they cant trick you. Mount prevents it somehow in its coding. Found this out last night as i did my trick or treat while going to OS 25. It gave me a “you cant do that while mounted” no bag, no debuff, nothing happened did it again while still mounted, got a bag. So thats one way to prevent the trick part.

Do you want a violet protodrake that nets you 310 flight speed? The fact that these buggers aren’t dropping very often is concerning. I think it’s just peachy to ask the devs to see if they can dial it up, don’t you? Or maybe you’re just trolling?
Yeah, figured that 70-80 could summon but NOPE.
The rates also seem to be TBC droprates, had someone with 25 summons tell me they seen no mount and only 1 pet.
I’m not trolling, I’m just being snarky. I don’t agree with boosting the drop rate just because people aren’t getting something they desire faster. The event is going to be around for a couple of weeks, and you can fight HH daily. These items are meant to be chase items, hence the lower droprate. It’ll make finally receiving one feel that much better.
ima a bit worried. I trick or treat probably 10-12 times a day. literally on a timer to login to do it. I also have like 20 kills of horsemen so far and still have not even seen the pet drop. Luckily I have the helm already tho.

That’s how it works. Should they hand out the mount free to everyone that logs in during the holiday as well? I’ve been playing wow since it started and to this day never got the mount. Boo hoo. As a matter of fact, Blizz, please give everyone the turtle mount from fishing because I have tens of thousands of casts since that came into the game and haven’t gotten it on any toon, yet saw people get it on their first cast. Boo hoo boo hoo hoo. Life isn’t fair. Grow up and go to your safe space.
no one cares if the mount drops increase, its the pet for the achievment.
someone in my party last night said, lemme get my alt here and we can have another summons… someone else said is your alt 75+? I guess you have to be at least 75 to summon it. Not sure since I only have time play 1 and my guy just hit 79 last night… I agree with ya, so slow to level if you have an outside life
Theres a ribbon or a trophy for that! hahah I agree with you, I hate the generation “c” that is happening… someone call these people the "C"oddled generation, dont hurt their feelings, get them upset, allow them to do anything they want and give them a first place ribbon just for almost making an attempt…

Why is it about feeling? Why cant i just feel better when it drops from the 1st kill? How much better does it need to be to satisfy the “that” in that much better?
Should they only allow it to drop on the last day? Surely that would feel that much better than if i got it aftetr 1 week. Who decides what the that much better limit is?
Do you get anything more tangible than points for doing the meta?
It can just as easily be said that no one other than yourself cares if you get the achievement. You aren’t entitled to it.
The people you decscribe are always everyone except YOU and the person you are replying to. Game full of ppl and they are all gen “c”, except you. You dont fit in that general playerbase.
In bgs are you one of the people that that one guy is refering to that has to always say " you guys suck", or im guessing you are probably that guy that is the one saying it.
Can you clarify where/how you got this to work. I just tried it about 50 times and it just gives the error that I’m mounted, it never gives a bag.
