Is it possible to craft the Blingatron 7000? I went to where the Quartermaster for Rustbolt Resistance on Mechagon is supposed to be and hes not there. Also i never did Battle for Azeroth on this character. Do i have to go through a bunch of quests to unlock that zone?
Probably. It is part of the campaign. Or at least an offshoot of it. True you can just go there beforehand, but I’m not sure if the relevant NPCs will spawn if you do.
In your case I would leave your guild before heading over there though.

Ok so i did a bunch on intro quests in the Broken Isles. Managed to open up the world quests without having to go into each individual zone and the chain of quests therein. Most i got from the city Boralus. I did the Dark Shore scenario and the Finding Jaina quests. I opened up Nazjatar and Zandalar. I think it finished all the quests in Nazjatar, but i havent done al the ones in Zandalar as i recall there where a lot of them.
BUT Mechgon is still NOT open. I havent seen any quest sending me there. What do i need to do? Should i Finish up Zandalar? Do a just have to do the zone quests in Broken Isles? Thats a LOT of quests. Hope i dont.

I remember being constantly bothered by a Gnome in Boralus wanting to get me to go to the Mysterious Vault on alts that I didn’t want to take to Mechagon. It follows you around until you accept it, even if you dont intend to do it.

OK, but as I said, you cannot access all the quests and NPCs in Mechagon until you do the quest (Im assuming you are Horde) called “Rumours of Mechagon” from Gazlowe outside the Great Seal, or “The Legend of Mechagon” also from Gazlowe who apparently might be next to the Flight Master there. That’s the starter quest to get you going through a small series of quests and then onto Mechagon. As far as I am aware, those quests are still active because you can’t do Mechagon without the starters.
I’m assuming you have unlocked the Unshackled world quests in Nazjatar.
No, curiously enough i have no quest in Nazjater. I did the initial quest chain and opened up Mezzamere but then no follow up quest. Funny enough i just get a yellow dot pointing to the portal exit telling me to do one quest or the other. Not sure if that will get the Nazjatar going again.
At first it would say to go to the board and select a zone to start doing quests in Broken islaes. now its telling me to go do the Battle for Darkshore scenario. 
As I recall, the next step after completing the questline (the last quest should have been “A Way Home”), is for Magni to appear at your Nazjatar base and offer you a quest which takes you to the Chamber of the Heart. He sometimes takes his time to appear and can take a couple of log off/log ons in Naz to trigger it. If you can’t progress, I can only suggest you put in a ticket.
I can confirm. Whenever you hit a road block with any parts of the BfA campaign, 9 times out of 10 it’s Magni sitting in the heart chamber in silithilus cackling like a madman because he has the next quest you need but refuses to tell you about it. Damn diamond dwarf.

Ok so progress update, I went and got friendly with Proudmoore Admiralty, Storm’s Wake and the Order of Embers. I heard you needed that to open up the world quests in Nazjatar which opens Mechagon. But after still no world quests in Nazjatar. Ive read in teh wowhead forums that other people have seen the same thing. What do i have to do Blizzard? I just wanna craft a Blingatron 7000.

OP is confused and clearly didn’t watch YouTube videos on how to get what he’s looking for.
Did he not give a quest? Did you get the quest to beat earth guy in neltharion lair? Did you get your first heart of azeroth? If you said no to both, you’re missing a magni quest.

Good news! Trustlvlfour was right! I went to Slithus and inside the heart was Magni with a quest that started a chain that unlocked Mechagon for me! I guess he can be 2 places at once lol. I see the rustbolt resistance quartermaster and he is offering the Blingatron 7000 schematic! Thanks for the help guys.
BTW theres news on the wowhead site. Someone datamined the 10.0.7 PTR patch and they found a blingatron like bot. Hopefully we’ll get a Blingatron 8000 before long:
