Looks like Crafting patterns and Vicious Bloodstone remain unchanged across seasons. I didn’t save any bloodstone (didn’t have any socket in S1 either) and I didn’t get the pattern in S1 just in-case I had to buy everything back in S2.
I guess it is safe to get all the patterns and hold some bloodstones across seasons. They’re 3k gold now.

Recraft your socketed items
Well that’s good. If they had changed them that would have been very, very frustrating.
I recrafted my Eng helm/bracers with the free epic crafting items. But if you have crafted ring with sockets you can keep the gems.
That’s better than having to regrind a whole crafted set.
Vicious bloodstones price stays low that way.
But lucrative for me. I loved selling Bloodstones for 15K gold.
I wish S2 brought a new stone
Prices will go back up. New stones might have mean new recipes. That’s a nightmare scenario. 
I can’t imagine too many people banked stones, so new or old stone it will all be the same.
I didn’t use the sockets in S1, was too busy making gold with them, I might get some in S2.
I think I have 5 toons with full sockets. 
This expansion has been costly.
