Crafting orders bugged

When trying to complete a personal crafting order, after clicking the create button the game will then go to a semi-unresponsive state. The game doesn’t crash but goes to a point where my character cannot interact with anything; I can still see chat moving as well as other players moving, but when I try to interact with a NPC or mount nothing will happen. At this point I am unable to log out and I have to alt+f4 to close the game after which if I try to log back into the same character I get the message “a character with that name already exists”.

To ensure it wasn’t addon related I waiting until the character this was happening on went offline, disabled all addons but yet the bug still persist.

Anyone seen this issue/have a fix or, if possible, can a blue chime in on this?

Update, I canceled the craft, declined the order, and resubmitted it and that allowed me to complete the crafting order.

I had the EXACT same problem last night. Had to use task manager in order to exit the game. My wife also encountered this error about a week or so ago. I will try again tonight. Hopefully the problem will have resolved.

the last month got same bug and for some reason using " Illustrious Insight " trigger it
