I was trying to enlist a crafter to make me a ring and I had it all set up and was tipping him 15k for the ring, he couldnt make the ring and whispered me that he was lagging, after about 45 minutes I went to go cancel the order so I could find someone else when my game lags and kicks me out, I couldnt log into my toon for another 15 minutes and when I got back in I had no crafting orders available to cancel and I have no mail, essentially eating my Spark for the week, 15k all the mats and my Missive. The wait time for a ticket is 2 days blizzard please ive been waiting 2 weeks already.

I posted a forum 2 hours ago too, still nothing.
Yeah… waited 4 weeks to craft a 418 wep… two sparks and all other mats gone… very very tragic. I submitted a ticket.
That sucks so bad I hope they fix this for anyone and everyone that lost sparks today.

other threads about this already, be patient, multiple work orders guildies have sent out have come back, takes a while, but they have come back and there is a record of them for the GM’s to restore should things pear shaped.
Bump, also got my spark feasted on by the patch update.

same thing happened to me i put in for a 418 caster dagger to be crafted after servers came online it ate my spark and my focus and now im left with no wep …feels good to pay for a service to get an ingame automated response that sends you to wowhead…

After the maintenance today, my work order for my weapon reappeared. I canceled it and got my mats back. Then had found someone online to craft it and it worked. Seems to be fixed.
Not for me. My lariat is still somewhere in the nether. Nothing in my order list or mailbox
