Placed crafting order, disappeared on both of our ends. Lost all of the materials, spark, 10+ dungeons worth of concentrated primal focus, gold etc etc. This is extremely frustrating, I opened a ticket but I have low hope they even get to tickets. What am I supposed to do?

Same, lost my crafting order too, this was shortly before they disabled crafting orders, and now it doesnât even show the history of my placed ones. I canât even find a decent route to submit a ticket for it on the customer support interface
Same, put in a crafting order. Crafter said itâs completed, went into the Crafting Order tracker and it said it was in progress but I couldnât cancel because it had already been accepted. Then eventually it disappeared from the current crafting orders and never actually mailed it to me.
Same here, but was a public one, unsure if it was completed, but I have no orders waiting to be made, and nothing showed up in the mail.

Made a belt just fine but during recrafts the crafter said they couldnât hit complete and after a relog the order was gone from both of us without a trace.
same thing happened to me.
I had the issue with filling an order. Used some of my finishing reagents to increase quality (and created a 5 star), but when I click âComplete Orderâ I get an error saying âCrafting Order operation failed. Please try again later.â Now all of my extra finishing reagents are now gone. I had several of one left, and just one or 2 of the other one⊠all gone. Put in a ticket, and have gotten the standard auto-reply to check forums, wowhead, or basically known issues.
Same here. Lost a ring. Automated reply in ticket linking to wowhead and I had to re-open it.
Same, lost a lariat trying to recraft to 418 right before the crafting system shutdown. POOF. Got an automated reply to my ticket, it appears they are getting hit with a lot of these.
Ticket auto replied and closed, completely unhelpful. Very frustrated, hoping todays maintenance has a fix although i donât have high hopes
Mine just said it was âAnsweredâ, which still allowed me to reply back. Oh, and I did.
I can confirm that I logged in today and the mats for the item I was looking to get made were returned to me via the mail. Iâm unsure of how this effects those who lost items in recraft orders. I had my items returned after the time limit expired on the order which I set to 12 hours. I assume everyone will get their items back once their item order expires.
Hopefully that wasnât a 48 hour long order.
Mine did not give my items back after the 12 hours, my items/spark/infusion are in the void
Got my items back in the mail however my sword cant be claimed due to a internal mail database error
