Crafting order item dupe - live

I requested some crafting orders for draconic treatises and got more back than I requested.

So it seems that if multiple people fulfil a crafting order at the same time, the buyer gets the item duped.

Here I have placed 8 orders for alchemy and 8 for jewelcrafting.

Got 8/11 back (used 1 of each).

14 for leatherworking gave 17 back

10 inscription → 15

8/9 blacksmithing/tailoring → 8/11

15/15 for mining/herbalism gave back 15/14 - so items are disappearing as well.

15/15 enchanting/engineering → 17/15

this is probably because of the all the tainted errors, and lag servers cause by region AH. This is getting out of controls, dupes, lost items, lost transactions…
