Crafting order issue "Player doesn't exist"

Hello,

I’m a dedicated crafter and every time I try to craft something for someone on my Inscriptionist they say it says “player doesn’t exist” I craft constantly on all my other characters via Personal Order on the same Realm. What is the deal?

Why is someone in trade chat able to see a crafting request from someone on a Realm they can’t send orders to?

Fair questions, but this forum is for crashes/install issues. I recommend asking in one of the Gameplay > Professions forums.
