I have noticed that I don’t see a “Mail Waiting” (envelope) on my character screen when a requested order has been completed. For a person with many alts this feels like an oversight because as I’ve been leveling my professions I have forgotten which toon is waiting for a crafting order. I feel like it is within the realm of possibility for someone to receive a completed order and due to life and circumstances eventually have that item become deleted after 30 days. I thought that as completed orders are delivered via mail that the mail/postal system was being utilized. However, my experience suggests otherwise.
Additionally, I think it would be great if a similar icon system could be utilized when someone has submitted a craft work order to your crafter. Not the public or guild systems, per se. The only way to know whether or not someone has submitted an order specifically to one of your toons is to go to the crafting table and then to click on the Orders tab. As another example, I had a personal work order request sent to one of my toons and didn’t notice it until the 2 day period was over. Sure the “gold” is imaginary, but the frustration is real. I feel it’s both probable and possible that someone could not notice a submitted order and both they and the person that submitted the item would feel frustrated at the time lapse and lost opportunity.
Please a couple of icon/notification changes would be great. Many humble thanks.
