Can confirm. Same issue. Kicks out an bug error and shows a blank crafting order window.
Turned all addons off and ONLY this item in the list of public orders isn’t viewable when I click on it.
Crafting this item is still doesn’t work. Clicking on it to craft it gave me a completely blank crafting interface panel (I didn’t get an error message that I could see). All addons were disabled. Issue is present for both personal and public orders.
Likewise, there is an error to craft the cloak, blank screen

Having the same issue here when trying tonight. Turned off all addons, cleared cache/wtf and multiple reloads. Continued to get lua template error and blank worktable screen.
Tried holding all necessary ingredients in my inv and still cannot craft

How you going to run a maintenance today and not fix this when it has been vastly reported. Isn’t this what ptr is for as well, come on blizz.

This is a known issuse at this time and developers are working on a fix to be released with one of the next patches. sadly for now we do not have a workaround ;(
