I just placed an order for an Enchanter Tier 5 Scepter of Radiant Magics. In my order I placed both an Embellishment (Energy Redistribution Beacon) and a Missive. However, upon receiving the crafted item, the item itself did not have the Embellishment. Why would this happen?

Just crafted a P.0.W. x2 with the captured starlight embellishment and likewise it is not showing on the tooltip. Embellishment was consumed in crafting, and shows up if I open the recrafting menu but nothing on the tooltip shows that it actually is embellished.
