I have made a ticket about this and got the usual “we will push this to our bug team” response. Two weeks later, guess who still cannot use the crafting bench to place orders?

Would like to be able to play the game.
Usually this is due to a misbehaving addon or UI issue. Have you done a Full UI Reset yet?

Didn’t help. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Tried creating a crafting order without any addons? (remember, we’re just faultfinding here, by eliminating usual culprits).

Little bump. Still having this issue, going on three weeks now.
I had the same issue and that was the answer by blizzard.
After doing an investigation, I can confirm that, we have received several reports of this issue, and there is no workaround available at the moment.
At the moment, our developers are trying their best to fix this, and in this situation, I can only advise you to report a bug in order to carry it forward more thoroughly.

Although we do understand this might not be the answer you were looking for, regrettably, we game masters can only deliver any bug information to our Developers team.

Going on three weeks now of not being able to place an order for items.
Here as well, is there any workaround yet ?
Having the same issue. Can’t place crafting or recrafting requests (spark item). Can request non spark items though (ie bags).
Ran into this bug tonight myself while trying to get a new weapon crafted. Any updates that we know of?
Are you trying to craft a two-handed weapon? I noticed that attempting to replace a 2H’s Spark from Shadowflame to Dreams will allow the “Place Order” button to light up even if you do not have enough Sparks of Dreams yet. This is the main spot where I’ve seen this error.
In my case, I’m not recrafting - it’s being crafted from scratch, so no replacing an older Spark.
I am experiencing the same issue today, wasted a lot of resources if this can’t be fixed unfortunately
