Simple question, are there any in WWI?
An alt of mine is way behind on a weapon and I am not being lucky on drops. So, is there an equipable caster weapon that can be crafted before level 80?
P.S. No weapons, there is some armor, however.

Sadly there are no crafted weapons below level 80. All the blacksmith weapons mentioned above you can train at low levels of blacksmithing but they require level 80 to use. I had the same issue and bought a boe world drop weapon from the AH which was sadly not cheap.

They do have crafted armor starting at level 71.
The problem is its not any better than gear you get from questing/dungeons, etc.
The only “good” gear is going to be the gear you are using sparks to make at max level.
For whatever reason, Blizzard decided they only want limited crafting options for characters below Level 80. Even Soul Sigil I (set stats to Level 74) can only be used in items that normally allow equipping at Level 71. Since weapons require Level 80, there are no crafted options before that.
Regardless of armor class, here are your sub-80 crafted options.
Wrist
Chest
Feet
Helm is only for Engineers

What a waste…
They should reconsider turning the current level 80 crafted weapons (that nobody uses) into leveling gear!
I ended up just running tier 1 delves on my alt. I got lucky in the end and got a 150 higher ilvl eventually.
I thought doing follower dungeons would be easy as well, but the ai was doing weird things. It literally pulled thee last boss in the rookery, the team away without getting any threat. I actually had to give up on the rookery run after my gear was completely broken.
Not really much of a mystery since they - and their rampaging players - just want to rush rush rush to endgame so they can spin in circles.
