I just started tailoring and im crafting gear on my lvl 50 warlock. In the crafting menu it says i can craft a shrouded cloak lvl 50 ilvl 111, but when i make it the cloak turns into a lvl 54 ilvl 111. How can i keep it lvl 50 like it says in the crafting menu, im lvl 50 and need the lvl 50 gear not lvl 54 gear. why is it doing this??
Is it a “shrouded cloak” that you’re making?
On WowHead it says “requires level 50”.
If the cloak you’re making is this one and its coming out as level 54 it may be a bug. You could open a ticket in game and report your findings.
shrouded cloth cape
It’s a known issue since SL launch where the level requirement displays as your character’s current level. There have been multiple posts in the customer support forums about it, but I’ve yet to see Blizz acknowledge any of them.
so it is actually supposed to be lvl 54? thats lame, i was really hoping for the set at lvl 50
Mine says level 60 at 111,why is this? my addons are up to date.
Is this some kind of scaling with the profession?
You can craft items for level 50 at max level Shadowland Tailoring, though I forgot what the name of the item is.
ill google it
I looked at wowhead and it does say the crafted gear is level 50 but I’m seeing only two items at that level. There is no explanation for this at all,
Yeah, it looks like a display bug with the crafting menu. On my 60 priest, it says the Shrouded Cloth Cape is iLvL 111, requires 60. But it’s actually 111, requires 54 when I make one.
Let me see if that’s the case here.
Yeah,it’s a bug it’s 54.
i googled, what that one person said about making the gear at different levels even at maxxed crafting, apparently there is crafters marks that allow me to make the gear at lvl 50 with an il of 87 so i went ahead and did that.
yeah, just did that it worked out lol, yeah found a new way to get rid of all my shrouded cloth ,ty!
