I’m mass crafting Primal Molten alloys with all rank 3 materials, and added Lesser Illustrious Insight (had enough to craft it all). After some time, the game started crafting rank 2 instead of rank 3, even though it was showing in the UI that everything was set for rank 3.
No concentration was being used there.
