Crafted item not crafted at expected rank

Today I wanted to make the Artisan Alchemist’s Robe for my Druid that has Alchemy as one of their professions and had 300 artisan’s acuity to afford to make the robe. I sent the crafting order to my Priest that has tailoring and the recipe in order to do so.

On my priest I calculated how much it would take me of certain materials to hit rank 4 given my skill so that I could then utilize concentration to guarantee rank 5 of the robe. This came out to 8 rank 3 exquisite weavercloth bolts, 4 rank 2 exquisite weavercloth bolts and 3 rank 3 gleaming shards.

I checked the craft to utilize best reagents and hit the concentration button so that it would be a guaranteed rank 5 and the bar was filled and gold. I hit craft and then all of a sudden when the craft finished it ended up as rank 4.

I then sent a recraft order hoping to recraft as rank 5, but since the craft appears to have utilized low rank materials from my warband bank, when I try to recraft it only can be maxed at a rank 4 even if I utilize crafting reagents that improve my skill.

So now I am out 300 artisan’s acuity because of this mistake. I opened a ticket hoping to get the craft undone so I can try again to make it at rank 5 (still have the original materials in my bag waiting) but the GM response from the in game ticket asked me to open a bug report here as they couldn’t do anything for me. Hoping this gets some traction.

Thanks,
