Submitted order around noon today and messaged the crafter to see if the order was completed since I hadn’t received a notification. He said he filled it a while ago. Refreshed the crafting page and the order was no longer there. Nothing in bags/bank/mail. Nothing in item restoration. Ticket was closed resolved as log in/log out and check mail again. I’ve been logged out several times and it’s been several hours. Still no item

Same happened to me. Put in a crafting order for a bow, my guildie did the order but said the complete button was behaving oddly, then no bow in my mail and the mats/sparks/crests are just gone. Order does not show in crafting orders tab.
First support ticket got canned garbage response. Like OP I had already tried logging out and back in, waiting, checked item restoration/bank/mail again multiple times…nada. Submitted a second ticket. Would love an actual human interaction…stuff like this makes me want to unsubscribe.
It happened to me too.
And in my case, both are my characters.
