I’ve already put all raegents in, so they don’t need to use any
I usually tip around 5k if i’m not using one of my guild’s crafters. The guild crafters never let me tip though. If you’re unsure, whisper the person and ask them how much they would like as the tip. Don’t expect orders to be fulfilled if you’re being stingy though.

I accidently put it in a guild order, is there a way i can get my raegents back so i can put it in a public order?
Yes, you can just cancel the order by talking to the same NPC you put in the order with. You’ll get your reagents back in the mail. Otherwise when the order expires you’ll get it back in the mail. Keep in mind with public orders there is no quality guarantee, so if you would like a specific quality it’s best to ask around to see who has high skill. With private orders you can set a minimum quality.
