I see some folks getting these, am I missing something? the dual pvp trinket 10% bonus says it doesn’t stack with similar effects. So there’s no way to get 15% right?

It enhances it, from 10% to 15%. It’d be pretty silly if it didn’t.

It is 15% with that item. Its the only one that stacks. The item also upscales in PvP to 424 item level as the conquest gear.
You can craft it yourself or get it via crafting orders. If you don’t know what that is, google for it. There are quite a few videos on youtube about how to use it.
Yeah, it’s a 5 minute quest to get your spark then you throw it in an order with whatever other materials then tip like 200g and provided you’re on a mid-high pop realm it’ll get crafted soon.

It says that it increases the 10% bonus by an additional 15%.
I literally quoted the tooltip from the trinket bonus not boots Imao
In the beginning it was 15% and there weren’t such items. Later into the alpha/beta they got the idea of crafting orders and wanted to give professions more attention. So they removed 5% and placed that bonus onto crafted gear.
Just the usual casualty of change. They simply forgot to change the text is my assumption. Or maybe they thought that there wouldn’t be a person like you who would question it. 
Yeah, then the new bonus says that it specifically enhances it.

The boots actually say they improve the bonus from your trinkets, its technically not stacking with it, its altering the bonus on the trinket 2 pc. If you dont have the trinkets on, you also dont get the 5%. But yeah 15% total.
